What the employer offers
This is a full-time, employed position with a consistent Monday through Friday, on-site schedule—no nights or weekends. Physicians enjoy a thoughtfully designed caseload averaging approximately 14 adolescents per day, allowing for quality care without burnout. The role includes comprehensive benefits such as paid malpractice coverage, medical, dental, and vision insurance, matching retirement plan, generous paid time off, CME allowance, and relocation assistance if moving. A negotiable sign-on bonus and production-based incentives are available, along with the option to step into a Unit Director leadership role with additional stipend support for those seeking advancement.
What they need
Candidates must be board eligible or board certified and fellowship trained in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. The role focuses on adolescent patients in inpatient and IOP settings, with responsibilities including patient rounding, admissions, daily treatment management, and leadership within the multidisciplinary treatment team. This position is not able to support candidates participating in PSLF loan repayment programs, and fellowship candidates graduating in 2026 are not being considered at this time.
